remove AnnoCPAN from documentation
remove dependencies on Test::Synopsis (the POD synopsis isn't in Perl anyway) and Test::LocalBrew (using plenv now)
switch from Path::Class to Path::Tiny per deprecation notices from Dist::Zilla

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::WSDL

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::WSDL
