Don't exclude the cpanfile from [Git::GatherDir], so that it gets included in the distribution.

To install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::HARTZELL, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::HARTZELL

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::HARTZELL
