[Bugfix] We need to always create a tempfile from a DZF regardless of the file being a DZF:OnDisk because of things like DZP:AddFile::FromFS.

Role to check if dist defines Rinci metadata

To install Dist::Zilla::Role::Rinci::CheckDefinesMeta, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Role::Rinci::CheckDefinesMeta

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Role::Rinci::CheckDefinesMeta
