Changes for version 0.002 - 2019-03-20

parse and load now always return a hash reference (this is a breaking change from v0.001)
add support for `use Dotenv -load`, to load the module and the .env file at once at compile time

To install Dotenv, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dotenv

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dotenv
