Changes for version 0.021 - 2026-04-07

  • Update workflow because perldocker image now supports earlier versions.
  • Rework required-dotenv tests to generate .env files and scripts at runtime, since .env files are not included in the build by default.
  • Add "use PerlIO::encoding" to bin/envdot.
  • Fix script/envdot to bin/envdot in dist.ini.
