Tails the configured files and sends it to syslog.

Use POE to tail a file and read new lines into syslog.

To install File::Syslogger, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::Syslogger

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::Syslogger
