Changes for version 0.048 - 2016-11-15

provide print_cb and my_print methods for debug messages. need this when, e.g: this module is inside a web-app and messages need to go to a log file.
Handle TDListN.txt properly even if it doesn't have line-breaks.
Skip tests if SQLite.pm not installed.
Add README file.
Add verbose flag.
Fix how undefined joiners are set to default.
