Use JSON::MaybeXS instead of JSON Calling new on an object now returns a clone rather than setting the defaults in the new object

Provides a geocoding functionality using https://postcodes.io.

To install Geo::Coder::Postcodes, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Geo::Coder::Postcodes

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Geo::Coder::Postcodes
