Changes for version 0.13.1 - 2003-05-09

fixed for MakeMaker:
- removed .pl suffix from example.pl so that it won't be picked up by MakeMaker
- moved Casual.pm out of 'Getopt' subdirectory, so that it WILL be picked up by MakeMaker
- modified MANIFEST to reflect changes
- modified this document
- incremented $VERSION in Casual.pm
