Changes for version 0.03 - 2010-12-19

Changed docs and added LICENSE file in order to change to the Artistic 2.0 license.

A simple interface to retrieve the most recent packet data for a station from APRS-IS.

To install Ham::APRS::LastPacket, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Ham::APRS::LastPacket

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Ham::APRS::LastPacket
