BUGFIXES
- ppoll(2) needs `-D_GNU_SOURCE`, but some build configurations wouldn't have added it

Object interface to Linux's ppoll() call

To install IO::Ppoll, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm IO::Ppoll

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install IO::Ppoll
