Sub Class JIRA::REST providing OAuth 1.0 support.

To install JIRA::REST::OAuth, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm JIRA::REST::OAuth

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install JIRA::REST::OAuth
