Fix Makefile.PL to work with newer naming convention of spidermonkey on macports

Error class that is thrown when we execute too many opcodes

JavaScript::Runtime that counts how many opcodes that are executed

To install JavaScript::Runtime::OpcodeCounting, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm JavaScript::Runtime::OpcodeCounting

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install JavaScript::Runtime::OpcodeCounting
