Changes for version 0.005

Added a way to use templates from child apps and updated the pod to reflect that change.
Removed documentation about config as it's not quite ready

Create re-usable apps with Kelp

in lib/KelpX/AppBuilder/Object.pm

in lib/KelpX/AppBuilder/Utils.pm

To install KelpX::AppBuilder, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm KelpX::AppBuilder

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install KelpX::AppBuilder
