Creates an unordered list for the toolbar items in a Kwiki site.

To install Kwiki::Toolbar::List, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Kwiki::Toolbar::List

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Kwiki::Toolbar::List
