Merge pull request #4 from THEMA-MEDIA/allow_headers_in_get_from_json
- Remove cruft
- Remove useless comment about 'more control over cache'
- Remove unused modules

- Allow headers in get from json
- Update POD
- Update example, so it reflects current changes.
- Pass all params in 'get_from_json' and add 'Accept'

cpanm LWP::UserAgent::Caching::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
