I had misnamed it and then written the test wrong. Which is just plain embarassing.

To install LWPx::TimedHTTP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm LWPx::TimedHTTP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install LWPx::TimedHTTP
