Make "permission" optional. When not specified, creating directory's permissions are based on current umask.

Log dispatcher for logging to time-based directories

To install Log::Dispatch::CronoDir, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Log::Dispatch::CronoDir

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Log::Dispatch::CronoDir
