Remove both Math::BigInt::GMP test scripts - namely t/math_bigint_gmp.t and t/math_bigint_gmp_only.t. (Not really up to Math::GMPz to test.)

perl interface to the GMP library's integer (mpz) functions.

cpanm Math::GMPz
