DEPENDENCY UPDATE
- Add dependency on CPAN::Meta::Prereqs because we need merged_requirements() method.

construct prereq parameters of Module::Build from cpanfile

To install Module::Build::Prereqs::FromCPANfile, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Module::Build::Prereqs::FromCPANfile

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Module::Build::Prereqs::FromCPANfile
