Changes for version 0.03

Fix docs and generated metadata to note that you should be saying cpan:AUTHORNAME in your x_authority key. (miyagawa)

Add an x_authority key to META.yml

To install Module::Install::Authority, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Module::Install::Authority

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Module::Install::Authority
