Load Module::Install::Base explicitly so that Module::Install correctly finds us if we're the first extension loaded.

notify users of possible conflicts with the distribution they're installing

To install Module::Install::CheckConflicts, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Module::Install::CheckConflicts

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Module::Install::CheckConflicts
