Made the pluging compatible with Mojo 9.18+. Removed dependency Mojolicious::Plugin::PODViewer

To install Mojolicious::Plugin::RoutesConfig, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mojolicious::Plugin::RoutesConfig

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mojolicious::Plugin::RoutesConfig
