Add basic Log::Log4perl logging to a MooseX::App application as a role.

To install MooseX::App::Role::Log4perl, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MooseX::App::Role::Log4perl

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MooseX::App::Role::Log4perl
