  • Debian packaging: use "make debian" to create new "debian/output" directory containing .deb package file, changes file, etc.
  • Add facility to emit a parse-tree using non-standard classes by passing a classname-map into the parser constructor.
  • Fix typo in class-name generated for SimplerServer-compatible node trees: AndNot for AndNote.
  • Switch version-control from CVS to git.
