stats.t and contacts.t had the wrong number of tests skipped when the apiinfo file isn't provided.

iContact API

To install Net::iContact, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::iContact

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::iContact
