Perl extension for creating download descriptor objects according to the OMA Download OTA 1.0 specification.

To install OMA::Download::OTA, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm OMA::Download::OTA

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install OMA::Download::OTA
