Changes for version 0.092 - 2025-09-03

removed the 'json_schema_dialect' constructor argument for JSON::Schema::Modern::Document::OpenAPI (use jsonSchemaDialect in the document instead)
the 'openapi_uri' constructor argument for OpenAPI::Modern is no longer required, as it can be calculated from the JSMDO default
