Changes for version 0.11

Perl TCP server , which can fork processes before request and each process can do with requestion corcurrently as same as Apache.

To install POE::Component::Server::PreforkTCP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm POE::Component::Server::PreforkTCP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install POE::Component::Server::PreforkTCP
