Update test to handle multiple instances of plugin-based Perinci::CmdLine which caches old cmdline objects.
[ux] Warn when failing to load a cmdline backend.
Bump prereq Perinci::CmdLine::Lite=1.924.

Choose Perinci::CmdLine implementation (::Lite or ::Classic)

To install Perinci::CmdLine::Any, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::CmdLine::Any

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::CmdLine::Any
