Fix CPAN Testers failures (RT#150379, thanks Andreas Koenig).
- Under some circumstances, the output of perl -v includes a '*' in the perl version. On top of that, not all perls always had the parens around the version number.

Check dependencies from 'deps' property

To install Perinci::Sub::DepChecker, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::Sub::DepChecker

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::Sub::DepChecker
