Changes for version 0.004 - 2026-09-18
- Keep each file's uses resolved in the cache, with a digest of the definitions they were resolved against. While no definition changes, only the changed files are resolved again.
- Compress the cache with gzip, and on each write remove the cache of any distribution whose root is gone, such as a deleted checkout.

A sub nobody calls, or a global nobody reads, is code nobody needs.
