extract main sections and contained definitions from Pod

Apply heuristics to headings defined in Pod, presumably in English, for indexing and cross-referencing

extract headings and paragraphs (and other elements) from Pod

To install Pod::Definitions, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::Definitions

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::Definitions
