Add sections to an existing POD dynamically.

in lib/Pod/SectionToAdd.pm

To install Pod::Modifier, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::Modifier

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::Modifier
