Fix handing of repository schemes so that the POD will always have https:// links to github, even if configured with ssh or git scheme. (thanks Robert Rothenberg)

Add SOURCE pod section for a github repository

To install Pod::Weaver::Section::SourceGitHub, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::Weaver::Section::SourceGitHub

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::Weaver::Section::SourceGitHub
