Integrate RTIR with MISP

in lib/RT/IR/ExternalFeeds_Vendor.pm

To install RTIR::Extension::MISP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm RTIR::Extension::MISP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install RTIR::Extension::MISP
