Take a string containing Chinese text, and turn it into a traditional-simplified-insensitive regexp.

To install Regexp::Chinese::TradSimp, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Regexp::Chinese::TradSimp

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Regexp::Chinese::TradSimp
