Changes for version 0.006 - 2024-02-24

[bugfix] Use sleep() from Time::HiRes to support subsecond/fractional second, since we already use Time::HiRes for time() anyway (GH#3).

Retry a piece of code, with backoff strategies

To install Retry::Backoff, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Retry::Backoff

perl -MCPAN -e shell
