SVG-Grid-1.12

Changes for version 1.12 - 2018-01-28

Switch from opening my own file handle to writing with File::Slurper. This is to address failure reports from CPAN testers on MS Win machines.
Fix minor typo in t/test.t.

Address SVG images using cells of $n1 x $n2 pixels

To install SVG::Grid, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm SVG::Grid

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install SVG::Grid
