Changes for version 0.02 - 2007-08-03

The MANIFEST file forgot to list itself, and thus was not included in the tarball. Oops.

Create strings that will never exceed a specific length

To install String::FixedLen, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm String::FixedLen

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install String::FixedLen
