Changes for version 1.11

runnable script (closes bug#111125). Also added numerous in- source code comments for better clarity. Small fix so that justification does not default to right when floatiing "$" and/or "," in numeric fields if "-nonnumeric" option is set.

Functions to format and unformat strings based on a "Picture" format string

To install String::PictureFormat, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm String::PictureFormat

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install String::PictureFormat
