Add support for Bootstrap 3
Add a 'version' parameter to set the Bootstrap version HTML code should be generated for
Add 'size' parameter to affect the size of the pagination component (which is supported in newer Bootstrap versions)

Produce HTML suitable for the Bootstrap pagination component

To install Template::Plugin::Bootstrap::Pagination, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
