Removed perlcritic.t from the manifest; I only use it for my builds, it's too persnicikity for general use. Removed dependency on 'version'.

Formats Term::Emit output into HTML

To install Term::Emit::Format::HTML, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Term::Emit::Format::HTML

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Term::Emit::Format::HTML
