Rework tests so that dummy tarballs are pre-positioned in CPAN index order. No change in functionality.

Correctly unpack a .log.json.tar.gz file created by Test::Against::Dev

Process monthly and master PSV files

Parse a cpanm build.log when run_cpanm() exited prematurely.

Sort Perl 5 development and RC releases in logical order

To install Test::Against::Dev, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
