Changes for version 1.07 - 2017-12-28

switch packaging to Dist::Zilla, which makes the distribution installable again on perl 5.27.7 (See RT#123867)

Provides basic first-pass API testing for large class trees

To install Test::ClassAPI, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::ClassAPI

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::ClassAPI
