Changes for version 0.010

POD now has sections FUNCTIONS and INTERNAL FUNCTIONS. Corrected heading levels in POD. Module now returns true ;) Rewrite of has_greater_version() and has_greater_version_than_cpan(). POD updated. New tests for the internal functions.

Test if you incremented VERSION

To install Test::GreaterVersion, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::GreaterVersion

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::GreaterVersion
