Changes for version 0.15 - 2008-06-20

removed dependency on File::Util, now use glob (built-in) in Makefile.PL, instead. Smoke Testers reported frequent install failures due to missing module.

To install Test::MonitorSites, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::MonitorSites

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::MonitorSites
