removed Data::Printer (leftover from dev)
made cascading config work; defaults, config file, config args, args. Presidence in that order lowest to highest.

run a temporrary instance of MongoDB

To install Test::mongod, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::mongod

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::mongod
