Test fixes for Windows Perl 5.14 and earlier which come bundled with a File::Glob that cannot handle ~ (gh#1, gh#5)

Setup a faux home directory for tests

To install Test2::Plugin::FauxHomeDir, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test2::Plugin::FauxHomeDir

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test2::Plugin::FauxHomeDir
