Create new instance.
$extensions is the bit flags, listed on Text::Markdown::Hoedown.
$max_nesting is the max nesting level.
$callbacks is the callback object. It's instance of Text::Markdown::Hoedown::Renderer::*.
my $src = $md->render($src:Str);-
Render the markdown.
